Daiquiri
Bacardi, lime juice and sugar syrup. Shaken and poured over ice.
Original Cosmopolitan
Vodka, cointreau, fresh lime and cranberry juice shaken with ice and strained into a chilled glass.
Original Margarita
Tequila, Cointreau and fresh lime and sugar shaken with ice and poured into a salt-rimmed glass.
Original Martini
Gin/Vodka, Dry Vermouth shaken with ice and poured into a chilled glass.
Original Mojito
Golden Rum poured over muddled mint and lime topped with sugar syrup and soda water.
Original Tom Collins
Gin, lemon juice and caster sugar shaken and poured over ice. Topped with soda water.
Long Island Iced Tea
Bacardi, Vodka, Gin, Tequila and Cointreau topped with coke.
White Russian
Vodka, Kahlua, Milk and Cream shaken with ice and strained into a glass.
Cherry Bakewell
Amaretto, Cointreau and blackcurrant cordial poured over ice and topped with coke.
